Sales Manager - Beauty & Wellness Industry

Position Overview Join a high-end skincare and treatment team as a Sales Manager where your primary goal is to drive sales through personalized client consultations. You’ll introduce spa packages, explain skincare benefits, and close sales while maintaining a luxury client experience. Key Responsibilities Present treatment options and convert leads into loyal clients Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism Contribute to a supportive and performance-focused team culture Preferred Background At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm for skincare Contract Type W9 / 1099 Pay Structure $3,000 base + uncapped commission Benefits Employee discounts on services and skincare If you’re motivated by sales success and passionate about wellness and beauty, this opportunity is for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
