This role is designed for licensed Special Education Teachers seeking school-based opportunities with strong support and flexible placement options. We are a newly founded education branch of a tenured boutique staffing firm built with one goal in mind: advocating for educators while helping schools provide exceptional student services. We are currently partnering with schools throughout the Central Vermont Area to identify dedicated, student-centered Special Education Teachers for school-based opportunities. What We Offer Competitive compensation ($35+/hr) Flexible scheduling options Personalized placement support Direct, responsive communication Advocacy for manageable caseloads and educator support Opportunities across elementary, middle, and high school settings W-2 contract positions Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in school settings Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to guide instruction and IEP updates Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field Active Vermont Special Education Teaching License required Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to differentiate instruction across a range of student needs and grade levels Why Join Us?
