Wealth Management Advisor

Mission Woods, KS

An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a Wealth Adviso r to join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on serving affluent professionals and business owners. This is a salary based opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with high-income professionals and business owners
Drive new business through consistent outreach, networking, and referrals
Take ownership of client relationships, with the opportunity to transition and manage existing clients over time
Lead conversations around investment strategies, retirement planning, and entity-level planning
Partner with team members to deliver a high-quality, relationship-driven client experience

What We’re Looking For

5–7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advising
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition

Ability to speak to annual AUM growth and new assets brought in

Strong investment knowledge (more critical than insurance experience)
Experience working with affluent clients, business owners, or professionals
Highly motivated, activity-driven, and organized
Desire to grow within a team environment that still rewards individual ownership

Licensing

SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
