This role is seeking an electrical, mechanical, or software engineer with 5+ years of experience and a demonstrated ability to guide the activities of multi-disciplinary teams as they mature system level solutions. We're about growth and providing opportunities for you as you move through your career.As a Systems Engineer, you will be collaborating with an energetic and motivated, multi-disciplinary team to develop reliable robotic and automation systems for a wide range of real-world commercial products and R&D applications. You will serve as interpreter of many languages: translating technical details to customers and expressing the customers' needs to your technical team. You will work alongside a Senior Program Manager to develop, document, and execute technical decision making needed to move a project from the concept phase, through prototype development, and into production. This requires a unique skill set involving reconciling program requirements with current realities of each discipline's solution status.
