About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and CEO to lead its ministry with a focus on healing, hope, and transformation. The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborative leader with a strong background in executive management, preferably within social services, healthcare, behavioral health, education, or a related field. This role is pivotal in providing strategic, operational, and ministry leadership, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strengthening financial sustainability, diversifying revenue streams, and expanding fundraising and community partnerships. The President and CEO will also be responsible for positioning the organization as a leader in children's behavioral health and residential services, and for fostering a culture rooted in Christian faith, servant leadership, accountability, and excellence. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include working closely with the Boards of Directors, executive leadership team, community partners, and donors to advance the organization's mission and ensure long-term sustainability. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a commitment to Christian faith and service. The candidate should be adept at relationship building, have a proven ability in fundraising, and be prepared to lead the organization through a period of growth and innovation in a changing healthcare and social services environment.
