Senior IT Analyst - Order Management

As a Sr IT Analyst, you are part of a cross-functional deployment & run team with the responsibility to deploy the designed “Global Template” which will enable Building Automation (BA) to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. The role also includes supporting SAP live sites through troubleshooting, training, and SAP system enhancements. This includes understanding the site business requirements and performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of processes, and testing to ensure conversion to SAP is successful.• Working with BA Order Management / Customer Experience leadership team regarding SAP capability, process & ERP changes, and SAP enhancement requests for building products manufacturing, products installation, and aftermarket services. • Completing key deliverables as assigned such as functional site discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, customer related data migration, and training users as outlined in the SAP deployment methodology. • Responsible for working with SAP superusers to improve their system understanding and roll-out of new SAP related enhancements and initiatives.
