Senior Full Stack .Net Developer (React)

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET Core and extensive experience with ReactJS. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using .NET Core and ReactJS. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Technical Leadership: Lead by example by actively participating in coding and technical problem-solving. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance. Drive technical innovation and promote best practices within the team. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks. Propose and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems. Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core. Extensive experience with ReactJS and front-end development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core and C#. Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
