Senior Plant Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Plant Engineer , for one of our key clients, to oversee the strategic and day‑to‑day management of construction plant and equipment on a major infrastructure project in Krakow. You’ll ensure the plant fleet is safe, compliant, cost‑efficient and fully aligned with project delivery needs. What you’ll do Manage owned and hired construction plant, including heavy civils, lifting and specialist equipment Maintain plant registers, inspections, certifications and statutory compliance Plan mobilisation/demobilisation and ensure plant is serviced and safe to operate Lead plant‑related H&S activities, RAMS input, lifting plans and routine audits Control plant budgets, forecasting, utilisation reporting and cost‑recovery Work closely with project teams, suppliers and hire partners to ensure timely availability and performance What you’ll bring Experience managing construction plant on heavy civils or major infrastructure projects Strong understanding of plant legislation, compliance and safety standards Commercial awareness and experience with plant budgets and hire contracts Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in live construction environments Knowledge of lifting operations, tunnelling plant or heavy earthworks (desirable) Polish language skills are an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
