Responsibilities:
- Attend product and sales training.
- Close a minimum of 10% of leads received.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries about product availability, pricing, and payments.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting a vehicle.
- Schedule appointments for internet and walk-in customers.
- Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising.
- Maintain a current customer database for repeat business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Call Center/Telephone Sales/Customer Service experience preferred.
- Internet sales or sales experience in any industry preferred.
- Bi-lingual is a definite PLUS!
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and good with computers.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus!
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
