Responsibilities and Functions

Understand that business is built on customer satisfaction and dedicate yourself to ensuring a positive experience for each client.

Determine each client's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening attentively.

Present and demonstrate vehicles, including test drives.

Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operational functions, warranty, and documentation.

Set personal income goals that are consistent with the dealership's productivity standards and develop a strategy to achieve them.

Report to the New Vehicle Sales Manager on goals, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Attend dealership and manufacturer-offered sales meetings and training.

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Report any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Automotive sales experience required

Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Valid driver's license

Professional personal presentation

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sources of potential clients

Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
