As a Clinical Management Senior Manager, you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include: Lead the design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across multiple client engagements Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and subject matter experts Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models Travel Travel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80% Why Join the Accenture Healthcare Team?
