Job TitleProduct Industrialization Project Manager – Personal Health ISC/OHC (Bothell, WA)Job Description589749 Product Industrialization Project Manager – Personal Health ISC/OHC (Bothell, WA)The PIPM is responsible for the development, deployment & improvement of processes, tools, and equipment within our global manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production results within our Product Development Lifecycle Management Programs and New Product IntroductionsYour role:Initiates and leads process development activities & Initiates CAPEX optimization for initial investmentsEnsures adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications, and releaseInitiates Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM processes and applies lean manufacturing principlesAccountable for Process Requirements based on Product Specifications from I&D and Manufacturing Requirements & Accountable for design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers driven by PDLM governed projectsResponsible for resources, planning, quality, and cost (including CAPEX) for industrialization projectsYou're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience operating in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes, related equipment, production line development and deployment, Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Testability, Research and Development processes, and global Supply Chain operations. Medical Device Industry experience, including Medical Device Regulation, Food and Drug Administration Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 800–1299, International Organization for Standardization 13485, and Medical Device Quality Management Systems, is required.Your skills include robust Project Management capabilities, a Lean mindset, and a strong understanding of plastics, plastic part development, and injection molding. Project Management Professional certification and Lean Green Belt certification are preferred.You have a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, or a similar discipline.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You’re an effective oral and written communicator who can collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a strong sense of leadership, ownership, and accountability for your work.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
