Implements the roadmap of improvements and changes to the company’s procurement process. Implements supply agreements and contracts to leverage spend, reduce number of suppliers and minimize business risk. Manages development and implementation of site procurement strategies and local supplier relationship management. Manages supplier relationships, negotiates sourcing cases and ensures compliance with service agreements. Manages and optimizes the procurement-to-pay processes and ensures compliance to procurement guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Compensation Overview Bothell – WA – US: $177,370 – $214,930 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers.
