Position Overview
You are the vibrant first impression and community anchor of our premier weight loss medical spa in Scottsdale. This role blends five-star hospitality with active patient encouragement, serving as a wellness ambassador who champions our clients throughout their transformational journeys. You will manage the front-of-house experience with total discretion, coordinate precision scheduling within our electronic system, and naturally guide clients toward retail skin care, maintenance packages, and supportive medspa membership services.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome every incoming client with warm, professional hospitality, ensuring a seamless, anxiety-free check-in and check-out process.
• Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for return client scheduling with confidence.
• Maintain an immaculate, serene, and luxurious waiting area that aligns with our upscale Scottsdale aesthetic standards. 
• Coordinate the daily provider schedule and calendar within our EMR booking platform, optimizing chair time and minimizing gaps.
• Actively promote and upsell medical-grade weight loss supplements, skin/body retail items, and pre-packaged treatment series and memberships during client checkouts.
• Collect client payments, manage accurate daily cash-and-credit reconciliation, and process financing or membership renewals.
• Document client interactions, feedback, and retail preferences meticulously in the system to ensure personalized follow-up care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, concierge services, or aesthetic/wellness front desk operations.
• Natural verbal communication skills with a confident, empathetic approach to soft sales and product recommendations.
• Proficient computer literacy, including fast typing speeds and ease of learning medical spa EMR software, Vagaro.
• Exceptional organizational capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an unhurried, graceful demeanor.
• Professional, polished appearance appropriate for an upscale medical wellness environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Hourly Wage: Competitive local Scottsdale market range ($16.00 ).
