Front Desk Receptionist – Chiropractic & Wellness Center

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness center seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week
Three days off each week

Compensation & Benefits

Pay commensurate with experience: $20–$25 per hour + Bonuses!!

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
Handle patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
Process payments and maintain front office organization
Coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations
Communicate effectively with providers and team members
Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment

Qualifications

Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn office software quickly
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with insurance verification or medical/chiropractic front office procedures is a plus
Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
