Front Desk Receptionist – Chiropractic & Wellness Center
We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness center seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Three days off each week
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay commensurate with experience: $20–$25 per hour + Bonuses!!
- 401(k) available

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and maintain front office organization
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations
- Communicate effectively with providers and team members
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment
Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn office software quickly
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with insurance verification or medical/chiropractic front office procedures is a plus
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
