Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn about the insurance products we offer, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide quotes and explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions clearly
- Process applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role preferred
- Valid insurance license as required by state law
- Strong knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
