We are looking for a hands‑on, motivated Maintenance & Facilities Technician to help maintain and improve our production equipment, facilities, and wastewater systems. Job Description As a Maintenance & Facilities Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your work directly supports product quality, operational success, and environmental compliance. Job Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PLC‑controlled production equipment Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical diagrams Ability to safely work with 208V / 460V systems Basic plumbing and welding knowledge Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective repairs Understanding of water treatment systems and wastewater processes preferred Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, measuring devices, forklifts, and maintenance equipment Basic computer and documentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Physical Requirements This position requires: Frequent movement throughout a manufacturing facility Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift and move 25–60 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in active industrial environments Close‑range vision and color recognition abilities Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience preferred Experience with manufacturing equipment, wastewater systems, or environmental compliance is highly valued Success in This Role Looks Like High equipment uptime and operational reliability Completion of preventative maintenance tasks on schedule Accurate maintenance reporting and documentation Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to join a company that values your contributions, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
