TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03756!

Job Title: Post Anesthesia RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred Must-Have: - Strong IV skills - Good attitude - Pediatric experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Description: 6 PACU RNs needed for the Same Day Program. The Same Day Program provides pre and post-operative recovery care. Shifts are 40 hours per week with varying start times including 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM. No on-call or weekend requirements. This is a high-volume unit that handles an average of 70 recoveries and 95 pre-ops daily. In total, there are 42 beds in the unit. The expectation is that everyone works as a team and assists where needed. There is limited downtime in this fast-paced environment. All service areas are covered, including gynecology, orthopedics, plastics, vascular, cardiology, general surgery, ENT, and neurology. Experience in a larger hospital setting is preferred.
