What You'll Do

• Assist physicians with basic medical and clerical procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
• Take patient vitals, brief history, and prepare patients for exams
• Perform injections and assist during exams and procedures
• Handle patient and family education, counseling, and teaching
• Manage room stocking, instrument cleaning, and equipment sterilization
• Schedule appointments, handle referrals, and complete necessary forms
• Participate in staff meetings and in-services, and assume charge responsibilities as needed

What You Need

• Valid Medical Assistant license/certification
• Prior medical assisting experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
