FP&A Analyst Senior

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Onsite 3 days per week and flexibility. We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our growing team. In this direct hire position, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and profitability through insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Hybrid onsite is required. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations, effectively communicating complex financial data to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the budgeting and planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Leverage financial data and industry knowledge to recommend data-driven solutions and strategies. Maintain and enhance FP&A processes for efficiency and accuracy. Manage and analyze financial data using PeopleSoft Financials and/or Hyperion Essbase. Qualifications Experience in FP&A or a similar role. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive solutions. Experience in the financial services industry or consulting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proven experience in PeopleSoft Financials and/or Hyperion Essbase. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
