Payroll Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to oversee the migration of payroll operations from QuickBooks Online to ADP. This part-time role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and ADP representatives to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant system transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with ADP during the payroll system transition
- Oversee payroll data migration from QuickBooks Online to ADP
- Gather and validate payroll information from internal stakeholders
- Configure ADP to align with company policies and workflows
- Test and validate payroll data and processes before go-live
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance throughout the transition
- Train internal staff on ADP's system and develop post-transition documentation
