Senior Living Sales Counselor - Senior Living Communities

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore community living options. In this resident-first role, you will build relationships, understand prospective residents’ needs, explain independent living and available care services, and guide families through tours and the decision-making process. Partner with community teams to provide thoughtful follow-up and a welcoming experience from first inquiry through move-in. Bring a compassionate, consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping seniors thrive.
