Position Responsibilities: As a COTA, you will: Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Help residents improve independence with daily living activities. Document treatments and resident progress accurately. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams. Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals and functional outcomes. Support a positive and engaging rehabilitation environment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Pennsylvania COTA license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
