INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER – HOURLY + GENEROUS COMMISSION

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our State Farm office in Anchorage. If you’re great with people, enjoy solving problems, like a little friendly competition, and would rather have your income reflect your performance than simply watch the clock, we should talk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll work with new and existing customers to identify their insurance needs, provide quotes, explain coverage options, follow up with prospects, and help grow our agency.

This IS a sales position. You’ll talk to people, build relationships, ask questions, follow up, and ask for the business.

LICENSING & EXPERIENCE

A Property & Casualty insurance license is strongly preferred.

Life & Health licenses are also preferred and offer additional opportunities for growth.

Already licensed with insurance or sales experience? GREAT. We definitely want to hear from you.

Not fully licensed yet? Don’t automatically count yourself out.

We are willing to help the RIGHT PERSON obtain the necessary licensing and will provide training to help you succeed.

We can teach insurance.
