Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities Assist with the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting The Staff Accountant will prepare account reconciliations and support the day-to-day management of the General Ledger Analyze overhead and burden rates to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions The Staff Accountant will provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed The Staff Accountant will assist with the annual budgeting process and other accounting and finance initiatives Support the accounting team with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications of the Staff Accountant Role 2+ years of accounting experience with hands-on General Ledger experience, including preparing account reconciliations Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred Experience with Infor SyteLine or a similar ERP system is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
