Offering stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, located within New York City's Hudson Yards, Electric Lemon's sleek, expansive dining room and serene al fresco terrace make up the ideal multi-use, day-to-night setting. We are seeking a skilled  Butcher   who is proficient at breaking down fish, meat, and game. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work AM shifts.

Desired candidates will have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a butcher in a busy metropolitan restaurant
• Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and game
• The ability to work cleanly and efficiently while following FIFO and DOH cleaning standards
• Strong communication skills and confidence to communicate needs or ideas to Chefs
• Basic math skills as it pertains to portioning and waste management
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
• Full-time availability for AM shifts
