We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our culinary team.This is a critical back-of-house role for a culinary professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and whole-animal utilization, with the ability to work AM shifts . Join us for an interview on Tuesday, June 23rd between 12 PM - 3 PMNo prior appointment is necessary; the hiring team looks forward to meeting you!
Buddakan is located at 75 9th Ave & W 16th Street (the corner of Chelsea Market)
