Performing technical and professional work in the interpretation, drafting, and enforcement of Township zoning laws, ordinances, rules, Master Plan elements, and regulations. Reviewing and signing off on building permits for zoning compliance and licenses for the Clerk’s office. Issuing Zoning permits for fences, sheds, impervious surfaces, and signs. Responding to letters of intent and OPRA requests. Handling inquiries from the public on development and zoning matters. Attending evening Zoning Board Meetings. Performing related work as required.
