The role is full‑time and focuses on implementing Financial Security efforts around place‑focused work while enhancing the quality of life for residents of the Sulphur Springs community. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships, increase service efficiency, and contribute to strategic alignment across all resource centers. Responsibilities Collaborate to develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation; work cross‑functionally and integrate strategically inclusive impact work into targeted areas by ZIP code. Identify and advance opportunities to maximize UWS’s presence; participate on internal and external committees supporting UWS's community impact. Support the Community Investment process and related reporting and site visits. Ensure timely and appropriate data collection, analysis, and reporting; collaborate to provide research and apply best practices to the design and continuous improvement of Community Impact activities. Contribute to designing grant‑funded projects, writing proposals, incorporating grant‑funded programs, and meeting related requirements; maintain program data, review proposals, accept and screen applications, and report to funders and partners. Provide oversight of assigned initiative(s); work closely with a variety of internal and external partners to implement and expand strategic initiatives. Coordinate and/or lead consistent family and community engagement activities, including Community Forums. Bring awareness through verbal and written presentations on critical regional financial stability needs and existing systems of care that support ALICE in our communities. Collaborate with the Resource Development and Marketing teams to maximize understanding and use of Community Impact and Strategic Community Partner information and co‑create communication collateral. Oversee daily operations of a Resource Center providing strategically aligned resources and services to community members. Connect community members with resources for services such as job placement, financial literacy counseling, legal aid, housing, medical care, and financial assistance. Identify potential program participants and facilitate participation in appropriate programs. Contribute to budgets and forecasting; effectively manage resources. Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and achievement of goals and objectives. Consistently demonstrate Our Suncoast Code and Values, including applicable elements of leading self, team, and organization. Qualifications & Skills for Success Typically requires four (4) or more years of relevant experience, including management experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent training or experience may be accepted in lieu. Ability to work some evening and weekend hours.
