As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to enhance and manage various products within our client's suite, utilising a range of technologies. The role extends to working collaboratively with different business departments, including support, operations, sales, and more. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate creative workshops with key stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Coordinate and lead activities across the product range, working closely with development, projects, and sales teams. Liaise with essential project stakeholders. About The Candidate: Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies. Demonstrable proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and manipulation. Strong general IT knowledge and experience at ease in a Windows server environment. Effective communicator, adept at eliciting ideas and conveying information clearly for technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
