Job Description

Our patient-centered office in Newton is looking for an always-positive, outgoing Patient Coordinator, who radiates energy and balances administrative efficiency with genuine, compassionate patient care.

Fast learner and detail-Oriented in picking up dental software and insurance checking process quickly and taking pride in the accuracy of your work.
True team player who is reliable and always ready to support the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Connection: Warmly greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out.
Communication: Managing phones and text messaging with a professional, friendly tone.
Scheduling: Coordinating the daily schedule for maximum efficiency.
Insurance and Billing: Verifying benefits through portals and phone calls, also handling patient billing with a compassionate touch.

Qualifications

Previous dental/medical front desk experience preferred, but we will train a fast learner with the right personality.
Proficiency in computer skills. Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
High level of integrity, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
