Office Services Representative

• Receive, sort, scan and process incoming mail, RightFax documents, accounting materials and policy forms.
• Verify document types and policy details and ensure scanned images meet quality standards.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail through USPS, UPS and Presort services.
• Print and fulfill new business policies, confirming delivery methods and print requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing workflows.
• Prepare documents for archival storage and retrieve records when requested.
• Investigate returned mail and accurately process address changes.
• Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on printers, scanners, copiers and related equipment.
• Cross-train in Print Operations, Imaging, Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving and Workday.

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with document processing, mailroom operations, data entry or administrative work.
• Comfort learning office technology and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
• Ability to follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Oak Brook.
