Position: Director of Business Affairs

Supervised by: Head of School

Positions Supervised: Business Office Staff

Classification: Exempt, FT Benefits, 12 months

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Position Description:

The Director of Business Affairs oversees the management of the school's financial and human resources. This person provides business accounting expertise and services, supervision for the business office staff, and a connection point for outside contractors. This person advises and strategizes with the Head on financial priorities and serves on the school's leadership team.
