Operations Manager

Salary : $60,000 to $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:

Oversee daily operations of the local branch

Support recruiting and onboarding of operational staff

Qualifications for the Operations Manager:

3+ years of operations experience
Experience leading warehouse or dispatch teams
Strong scheduling and workforce coordination experience
Logistics or transportation experience preferred
