I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 1999, building my career in operations and management before opening my own agency. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation for leading a team and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Giving back to the community is important to our agency. Over the years, we've supported local organizations through sponsorships, donations, and volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Kash Bulsara - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
