Senior Data Science Manager
We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Data Science & Analytics team who will lead a dynamic group of Data Scientists and Analysts across various departments including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. This role will drive behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation, and product metrics, contributing to data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts.
- Manage behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation, and product metrics.
- Develop revenue forecasts, churn models, and health scores.
- Collaborate with data engineering to manage the Smarty analytics platform.
- Define analytics standards and best practices for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in experimentation, forecasting, and analytics.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or similar tools.
- Experience in defining metrics and measurement frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to partner with senior leaders.
