Senior Data Science Manager, Growth and Optimization Overview This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of marketing data scientists driving measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will partner closely with marketing and growth leaders to define a rigorous analytical agenda, ensuring data and experimentation guide all key decisions. The position combines hands-on analytics, strategic influence, and leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will mentor your team, optimize complex data pipelines and predictive models, and help shape a culture of analytical excellence and accountability. The impact of your work directly influences revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and customer experience.
