We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join a respected Michigan hospital's anesthesia department. What You'll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across a broad patient demographic, including pediatrics and adults.
• Provide specialized anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring optimal neurological management.
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed.
• Monitor ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgeries, maintaining patient safety.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a supervised setting.
• Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.
• Accurately document all procedures using Epic EMR.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and policies.
• Contribute to approximately 50 cases weekly within a Level II Trauma Center setting.
• Work 32-40 hours weekly, with scheduled shifts on Monday or Friday; no on-call duties required.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when necessary.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid CRNA license with current certifications.
• Strong skills in anesthesia management across various surgical disciplines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with neurosurgical procedures.
• Prior EMR documentation experience, especially with Epic.
• BLS, ACLS, and Neuro-specific certifications are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in surgical anesthesia is preferred, but we welcome new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to commit to a schedule of 32-40 hours per week.
• Ability to operate within a hospital designated as a Level II Trauma Center.
• Credentialing timeframe estimated at 90-120 days.
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursement available where applicable.
