From start to finish, you steer the wheel and help guide our projects to completion. In the beginning stages, you lay down the framework for the projects by developing budgets and estimates, and by creating preliminary schedules. You work closely with multiple teams and departments to ensure all permits, boundaries, and requirements are set in place before the project begins.Throughout all stages of the project, you supervise your engineers and crews to ensure they complete high-quality work. You coordinate teams to ensure the projects are completed on time and within the budget. Periodically, you prepare agendas for various meetings with the project teams to check in on progress and to help answer questions or misunderstandings. Paying strict attention to details, you see the projects through to completion while continuously searching for ways to improve the results. You take great pride in helping our company produce grade A work!PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. (F) Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment. (F) Must be able to position one-self to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics and tunnels. (O) Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. (F) Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations. (O) Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day. (A) Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. (A) Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. (F) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. (A)QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in project managementBachelor's degree in either construction management, civil engineering, or architectureExperience with Procore software would be a plus but is not required.
