Advisor Associate

HBKS Wealth Advisors is an independent personal financial planning and wealth management firm with nearly $8 billion in assets under management. We are looking to hire a new Advisor Associate who can deliver world‑class client service and support the growth of our independent private‑wealth advisory practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related major (strongly preferred). Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 and insurance licenses, or a commitment to obtain within a reasonable time frame (preferred). Experience in the financial services industry (preferred). CRM and Microsoft Office Suite experience (preferred). Responsibilities Supervise the client service function of the personal financial planning team and work with administrative assistants. Interact daily with team clients—scheduling meetings, responding to issues, and handling requests. Meet periodically with clients on a team basis alongside the firm’s financial advisors. Correspond regularly with clients, home office staff, broker‑dealer and custodian representatives on a range of team management and client service matters. Assist in the production of comprehensive financial plans. Assist in the production of investment management proposals.
