Duties

• Conduct personalized consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable automobile options, emphasizing high-end vehicles when appropriate
• Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability
• Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep accurate records of vehicle availability and assist in upselling opportunities
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities
• Deliver compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline
• Excellent negotiation abilities combined with outbound sales experience and B2B sales knowledge
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and automotive inventory control systems is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to build rapport with customers
• Demonstrated success in upselling techniques and customer service excellence in a dealership or retail environment
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals through effective sales management strategies
