Role Internal Medicine physician in a primarily outpatient setting, focusing on patient care across multiple locations with minimal call and no weekend work. Responsibilities Build and manage your own practice, controlling patient panels, clinical style, and pace with full autonomy. Practice at main and satellite clinics, potentially serving as the lead physician supported by NP/PAs. Utilize a strong referral network of PCPs and access to subspecialists within an integrated EHR system.
