Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Bartender for our client in Cutler Bay, FL 33189. This is a temporary contract assignment.
Position Title: Bartender
Location: Cutler Bay, FL 33189
Duration: TBD (On-Call)
Work Schedule: 20-40hrs.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: The center is seeking enthusiastic food and beverage staff who can provide excellent customer service in a friendly and creative environment. Responsibilities may include bartending or server in a cabaret nightclub, bartender, or server for live theatrical events and bar-back in support of the operations of all points of sale. Successful candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced service environment, working well under pressure.
Illustrative Tasks:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, and provide table food and beverage service
- Prepare cocktails
- Operating and balancing point of sale systems
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

- Minimum 1-year food and beverage experience
- Great Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of service best practices
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal skills: second language will be considered a plus
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Relevant training certificate a plus
