Weekend Receptionist Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is the home where people work together to make great things happen every day. Receptionist TEAMWORK * EXCELLENT BENEFITS * STABLE WORK ENVIRONMENT Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors.
- Screen visitors for Covid 19
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call.
- Take and deliver messages.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Schedule appointments and interviews.
- Generate reports and other documents.
- Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Must have at least 2 years clerical experience
- Computer and software skills.
- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills.
