DMC Primary Care, a physician-owned, independent practice, with offices throughout southern New Hampshire, has been providing comprehensive care for entire families since 1964. We are seeking a high energy Front Desk Receptionist to float to all eight DMC offices as needed. The successful candidate must be flexible, love a varied schedule, and be willing to drive (potentially to a different location) every day. This position offers a very competitive salary and great work environment! This is a full time (40 hours per week) position that will travel to Bedford, Concord, Derry, Dover, Goffstown, Londonderry, Raymond and Windham, NH as needed to cover the front desk. The schedule may include some evenings until 8:00 pm.

• A strong ability to multitask, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The capability to manage time effectively while always treating patients with empathy
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills; a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communications and customer service skills
• Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

What education & experience do I need?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Primary care or hospital medical records experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license is required
