Senior Full Stack Developer – .NET / C# / React / Angular / Azure

Trinity Total Home is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise applications that support our growing business.

This is a hands‑on full‑stack software engineering role for a developer with strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET/.NET Core, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, React.js, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps .

You’ll work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—from architecture and database design through front‑end development, API and enterprise integrations, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. You'll also have opportunities to work with Generative AI, AI‑assisted development tools, intelligent automation, and AI‑enabled applications as we continue to modernize our technology environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications and services .
• Build modern web applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Develop and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js, Angular, and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, Web APIs, web services, microservices, and integration solutions .
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using object‑oriented programming (OOP), software design patterns, and modern application architecture principles .
• Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations .
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Contentstack, ADP, CRM, ERP, CMS, cloud platforms, and other third‑party systems .
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in software architecture, application design, and technical solution discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, performance problems, and production incidents.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and functional testing to support application quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, application security, and coding best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, source control, and release management using Azure DevOps and Git .
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational support procedures.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities to modernize applications, improve architecture, reduce technical debt, and automate business processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud solutions, software development practices, and advancements in artificial intelligence.

AI & Intelligent Automation

As Trinity Total Home continues to expand its use of emerging technology, you'll have opportunities to:

• Use AI‑assisted software development tools to improve development speed, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Work with tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Cursor, Claude Code , or similar technologies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Generative AI, AI‑enabled applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions .
• Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes and application capabilities.
• Apply appropriate AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles when developing or implementing AI‑enabled solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field .
• 5+ years of professional software development experience within an enterprise application environment.
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API .
• Strong front‑end development experience with React.js and/or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Experience developing modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, software design patterns, application architecture, and development methodologies .
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services .
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, T‑SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, and query optimization .
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies .
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices .
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development environment .
• Understanding of secure application development, authentication, authorization, web security, and data protection.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing microservices and cloud‑native applications .
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Storage Services .
• Experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi and API management technologies.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Contentstack, ADP, CRM, ERP, and CMS systems .
• Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, or AI‑enabled application development .
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Cursor, Claude Code , or similar tools.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and AI security .
• Experience with application modernization, cloud migration, or legacy system transformation.
• Microsoft, Azure, AI, or other relevant technical certifications.

Technical Leadership

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role and does not have direct supervisory responsibility .

As a senior member of the development team, you may:

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Share development best practices and help strengthen technical standards across the team.
