Kforce has a client in Tucson, AZ that is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant. Summary: We're an outbound digital sales team helping small businesses across the U.S. modernize how they run - moving them from spreadsheets and desktop software to the QuickBooks Online ecosystem. We're a high-energy, metrics-driven floor that runs on weekly contests, real coaching, and AI-assisted selling. You'll always know where you stand, and your wins get celebrated loudly.
- Proven hunter's mentality - a track record of outbound prospecting, cold calling, or high-velocity sales where you created your own opportunities and beat quota
- Consultative selling instincts: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you can hold a business conversation with an owner about their operations
- CRM discipline - you treat Salesforce (or equivalent) as your system of record, not an afterthought
- Resilience and drive: comfortable with high daily call volume, visible scoreboards, and being measured
- Coachability - you seek feedback, act on it fast, and get demonstrably better
