Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst, you will evaluate program operations and create reports to support risk-based decision-making. The Candidate will:

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Office.
• Plan, manage, and execute complex assignments in a recognized administrative field supporting agency goals.
• Analyze and evaluate programs and operations, including newly funded programs and existing NIST laboratory, manufacturing, and research programs, and NIST mission support functions.
• Apply expertise, judgment, validation, writing, and communication skills to develop and deliver recommendations to senior management.
• Lead risk interviews with internal and external stakeholders; identify and analyze qualitative and quantitative data sources; and facilitate the participation of agency management and staff in risk assessment and reporting activities.
• Develop and deliver reports, reference materials, guidance, training, and/or communications; lead projects of notable complexity that impact senior management decision-making; apply initiative, reasoning, and evaluative methods.
