About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who enjoys working with people and wants to build a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and business. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, learn about the products and services we represent, answer questions, provide personalized support, and help create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level position with paid training , making it a great fit for someone who is motivated to learn, takes pride in their work, and is ready to develop practical skills in a professional environment.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers in a professional and personable manner
• Learn and communicate product and service information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build positive customer relationships through thoughtful communication
• Assist with customer questions and provide excellent service
• Support daily sales and customer engagement goals
• Work closely with teammates to create a positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
