We're looking for a passionate and experienced Health & Wellness Director to lead nursing and care services across our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This is more than a clinical management role. What You'll Do

As our Health & Wellness Director, you will be the clinical backbone of our community. You'll oversee all nursing and supportive services for both Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring every resident receives exemplary, personalized care.

As the Director, you will lead, hire, train, and develop all nursing staff and direct care team members while overseeing resident care plans from pre-admission through every stage of ongoing care - ensuring appropriate levels of care are met at all times. You will serve as the primary clinical liaison between residents, families, physicians, and outside consultants, and will maintain full compliance with state regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and company policies. In collaboration with the Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, and the sales team, you will support community occupancy and smooth resident transitions, while also managing the nursing department budget and supplies. This role includes serving as Manager on Duty on scheduled weekends and as backup Executive Director when needed. You will utilize electronic health records to track, document, and optimize resident care outcomes, and will bring empathy and thoughtful guidance to family members as they navigate the complex and emotional journey of aging and memory loss.

You're a clinician who leads with empathy and executes with precision. You hold yourself and your team to a high standard - and you do it with warmth.

You bring:

• Current LVN or RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a nursing administration or management role - preferably in assisted living or long-term care
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure
• Comfort with technology and electronic health record systems
• A genuine passion for serving older adults and their families

A B.S. in Nursing and/or participation in geriatric professional organizations is a plus.
